Terms and Conditions

1. Definitions

  • Website: LiberatingStructures.info.
  • Customer: The natural person or legal entity entering into an agreement with LiberatingStructures.info.
  • Products: Physical goods (such as workshop materials) and digital goods (such as ebooks).
  • Services: Courses, training sessions, and workshops.

2. Applicability

These terms and conditions apply to all offers, orders, and agreements. By placing an order or registering for a workshop, you agree to these terms and conditions.

3. Offers and Pricing

  • All prices on the website include VAT, unless stated otherwise (e.g., for corporate training).
  • LiberatingStructures.info is not bound by obvious mistakes or errors in the offer (such as evident pricing errors).

4. Workshops and Courses (Services)

  • Registration: Your registration is final upon receipt of confirmation and payment.
  • Cancellation by the Customer:
    • Up to 30 days before the start date: full refund (minus administrative fees).
    • Between 30 and 14 days before the start date: 50% refund.
    • Within 14 days of the start date: no refund possible. Substitution by another participant is often permitted upon consultation.
  • Cancellation by the Organization: In the event of insufficient registrations or force majeure, the organization reserves the right to reschedule or cancel the workshop. In such cases, the customer will receive a full refund of the course fees.

5. Digital Products (Ebooks)

  • There is no right of withdrawal for digital products (downloads). Once the download link has been provided or the file has been sent, the sale is final.
  • The customer acquires a non-exclusive license for personal use. Distribution or resale is not permitted.

6. Physical Products (Workshop Materials)

  • Shipping and Delivery: We aim to ship all orders within 2 working days. Estimated delivery times after shipping are:
    • Netherlands & Belgium: 1-3 working days.
    • Rest of EU: 3-7 working days.
  • Cooling-off Period: For physical products, you have the legal right to cancel the order within 14 days of receipt without providing a reason (right of withdrawal), provided the products are unused and in their original condition. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

7. Intellectual Property

  • Liberating Structures is based on a ‘Creative Commons’ principle, but the specific design of the website, original written content, course materials, and ebooks remain the property of LiberatingStructures.info, unless explicitly stated otherwise.

8. Liability

  • LiberatingStructures.info is not liable for indirect damages or damages resulting from the incorrect application of the structures or materials learned in practice.
  • Total liability is limited to the amount of the relevant invoice.

9. Privacy

  • Personal data is processed in accordance with the GDPR (AVG). Please refer to our Privacy Policy for details on how we handle your data.
