This short test helps you understand how well your team or organization fosters inclusion and engagement. Engagement grows out of inclusion – when everyone feels included, collaboration, innovation, and ownership naturally increase.
By completing the test, you will get:

How to complete the test:
- There are 20 questions – it takes approximately 5–7 minutes to complete.
- Answer based on what typically happens in your team or organization.
- Use the scale below for most questions:

- Some questions are slightly different (e.g., asking about meeting time or participation), but the scale still applies.

- Include all participants in your reflection – even quieter or newer team members.
- Focus on behaviors and practices, not just feelings.
What to do after completing the test:
